Following the successful launch of the Mercedes-AMG compact cars last year, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia recently announced the availability of the updated Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ as a replacement to the Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ Edition 1.
The Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ offers exterior features that are unique as ever, including its own distinctive AMG grille. It is equipped with AMG high performance brake system red-painted brake calipers with black AMG lettering and now 19-inch AMG 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels that are aerodynamically optimized and painted in matt black.
The exterior of the vehicle features the AMG Night package, as its previous model, with striking design features in black and high-gloss black. The highlight comes courtesy of the AMG front splitter and trim, AMG side sill panels with inserts, beltline trim strip and window line trim strip, exterior mirror housing, AMG rear aero foil and two round tailpipe trim elements at the rear apron in high-gloss black strengthen its sporty character.
On the inside, the characteristic of AMG elements are also added for sportiness. It is equipped with AMG Performance steering wheel in nappa leather and DINAMICA microfiber along with AMG Performance seats and designo seatbelts in red that is ideal for sporty driving pleasure.
The 2021 Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 S 4 MATIC+is now equipped with Head Up Display that projects key driving information closer to the driver’s natural line of sight.
With an output of up to 310 kW (421 hp), these cars are equipped with the the 2.0-litre engine is currently the world's most powerful turbocharged four-cylinder manufactured for series production.
These compact sports cars absolve the sprint from zero to 100 km/h in record time: the A 45 S 4MATIC+ requires only 3.9 seconds (CLA 45 S 4MATIC+: 4.0 seconds) and are capable of up to 270 km/h.
